On the last step of the installation, Coffee Cup will ask for your email. It's okay to give it to them, they are a very reputable company and will not abuse your email address.
After you have entered your email address, there will be a delay while Coffee Cup contacts its website. Then a browser window will open offering you website hosting and other promotional offers from Coffee Cup and its affiliates. Just close the browser window.
Coffee Cup will normally open right up when you install it. Give it a minute or so to finish the install process.
If it doesn't open, find the icon on your desktop or select it from your list of programs. It will show you its advertising again, but just ignore it. If you really hate the advertising you can always pay them for the full version.
Coffee Cup should start with the "My Sites" window open as shown below.
If the My Sites window isn't open, find the icon labeled "Servers" in the top left hand corner (see the big red arrow) and click on it. That will open the "My Sites" window.
To add your site, you click on the the "Add" button (see the big green arrow) in the "My Sites" window.
